Black Bean Bruffins (Bownie + Muffin)

This hybrid that's a cross between a brownie and a muffin was incredible.... The only thing I would change is adding more peanut butter in the middle... and more on the top.... and maybe some on the side.... Is there ever enough peanut butter?

They are filled with protein, good fats and healthy ingredients and it's not only Vegan and Gluten Free but refined sugar free as well!!! What more can you ask for?
