Hummus...? Yes please!

Ok.. I have to admit I LOVE HUMMUS.... and I make it very regularly because it is the perfect snack with chopped carrots or cucumber or with a spoon.... I admit ... I eat it with a spoon...

Because why not right?

Ingredients

2 cans or 400g of Chickpeas (drained and rinsed) The juice of 2 Lemons 1 1/2 Garlic Cloves 1/2 tsp Ground Cumin 2 tbsp of Tahini (sesame seed paste) 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil Pinch of Salt Water if needed Instructions

Drain the chickpeas and rinse.

Combine the chickpeas, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, salt and tahini in a food processor, and blend until creamy. Adjust lemon juice, cumin, salt or garlic to taste.

Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle with paprika to serve.

Tip: If you want to have the creamiest (very silky) hummus I would recommend you to peal the chickpeas from their outer skin.
