50g of basil

1 1/2 cloves garlic

10g of pine nuts

40g parmesan cheese

Salt to taste

30 / 40ml of olive oil (enough to form a paste)




Put the basil, garlic, pine nuts and the salt in a bowl and grind. You can also use a mortar, a food processor or a hand blender. When this is more or less mixed, add the cheese and gradually the olive oil, until a paste is obtained.


In less than a minute it will be ready







50g de albahaca

1 1/2 dientes de ajo

10g de piñones

40g de queso parmesano

Sal al gusto

30/40ml de aceite de oliva(hasta formar una pasta)




Pon el albahaca, el ajo, los piñones y la sal en un bowl y tritura. Cuando este mas o menos triturado, añade el queso y poco a poco el aceite de oliva, hasta obtener una pasta.
