      Oats, nuts (walnuts, almonds, cashews, hazlenuts), seeds (linseeds, sesame seeds, sunflower and pumpkin seeds), dried fruits (raisings, sultanas, apricots, figs and prunes), homamde apple sauce (apples and cinnamon), chai spice blend (ground cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, pepper, ginger, fennel and coriander) and a pinch of sea salt

      Contains no oil, dairy or added sugar. What more can you ask for!
